Imagi (HKG:0585) receives non-binding written offer

Imagi International (HKG:0585) is in discussions with various potential investors in regards to a possible investment in the company and it has received a non-binding written offer from one of potential investors.

Trading in the stock will be resumed tomorrow.

Any of such potential investments in the company will involve subscription of new shares or convertible securities issued by the company and possibly, loans to the company or its subsidiaries, Imagi International said in a statement.

The company targets to attract new investment of as much as $250 million in aggregate in order to finance its new business strategies and working capital or restructuring its debts.

If any of such potential investments is consummated, existing shareholders will potentially suffer a material dilution of their shareholding interests in
the company.

There can be no assurance that any potential investment in the company will take place.
