BIO-DYNAMIC (HKG:0039) to place 103 million Shares

BIO-DYNAMIC (HKG:0039) entered into the Placing and Subscription Agreement pursuant to which the company has agreed to place up to 103 million Shares at the Price of HK$0.40 per Share. The Placing Shares represent approximately 14.88% of the existing issued share capital of the Company and approximately 12.95% of the issued share capital of the Company as enlarged.
 
The net proceeds from the Placing are estimated to be approximately HK$40.40 million and will be used by the Group for general working capital purposes.
