Bio-Dynamic Group Limited (HKG:0039) announced that it agreed to raise $41.2 million via top up placing of 103 million shares a price of $0.4 each on a best effort basis.
The net proceeds of $40.40 million will be used by the Group for general working capital purposes.
The placing shares represent 12.95% of the enlarged issued share capital. The placing price represents a discount of 12.09% to the closing price yesterday.
