Bio-Dynamic Group (HKG:0039) is currently considering a possible acquisition from ultimate controlling shareholder certain retail assets of liquor business.
At present, the discussions are at a preliminary stage and there are no definitive agreements in relation to any such possible transaction, the company said today in a statement.
The company has applied to the Stock Exchange for resumption of trading in its shares starting from the morning of November 23.
