Imagi International (HKG:0585) announced that Ting Chuk-kwan, an independent non-executive director, has assumed the role of Acting CEO with effect from 23 September 2009 and has been re-designated as an executive director.
William Courtauld will cease to act as the Acting CEO due to health reasons. He will continue as an executive director until 23 October 2009, the company also says. After the transition period, he will be re-designated as a non-executive director.
