Tianjin Capital Environmental Protection (SSE:600874) released audited financial results for 2007 on April 30 in the company's annual report.
According to the report, the company's 2007 revenue was RMB 1.00 billion, up 23.63% year-over-year; net income rose 20.02% to RMB 184.79 million, and EPS was RMB 0.13, growth of 8.33% compared with the same period of 2006.
Tianjin Capital Environmental Protection Company Limited is principally engaged in the water supply, sewage water treatment operation, construction and design consultation, recycled water production and sales, and environmental protection equipment manufacturing. During the year ended December 31, 2006, the production capacity of the Company reached 2,615 million tons per day, of which 2,365 million tons per day for sewage water treatment, 200,000 cubic meters per day for water supply and 50,000 cubic meters per day for recycled water. In 2006, the Company sold 31.58 million cubic meters of water and 1.81 million cubic meters of recycled water. In 2006, its projects included Qujing, fuyang, Honghu, Baoying and Hangzhou.
