Henan Zhongyuan Expressway Co Ltd (SSE:600020) released audited financial results for 2007 on April 21 in the company's annual report.
According to the report, the company's 2007 revenue was RMB 1.84 billion, up 12.28% year-over-year; net income rose 5.71% to RMB 594.47 million, and EPS was RMB 0.3203, growth of 4.33% compared with the same period of 2006.
Henan Zhongyuan Expressway Company Limited is principally engaged in the investment, operation and toll collection of expressways and bridges. Headquartered in Zhengzhou, Henan Province, the People's Republic of China, the Company operates Zhengluo Expressway, which is a 142-kilometer expressway from Zhengzhou to Luohe, and Zhengzhou Yellow River Bridge, which is a 31-kilometer bridge located in Zhengzhou, as well as Luozhu Expressway, which is a 67.2-kilometer expressway from Luohe to Zhumadian. As of December 31, 2006, the Company had two major subsidiaries and three major associates.
