Besunyen Holdings Company Limited (Besunyen Holdings) is a provider of therapeutic tea products in China. The Company is engaged in the development, production, sales and marketing of therapeutic tea and other health food products. Its major therapeutic tea products Besunyen Detox Tea and Besunyen Slimming Tea are sold through retail pharmacies in China in the laxative product and slimming product markets. The products are sold in over 100,000 retail outlets across China. In 2010, it acquired Zhuhai Qi Jia, which is the manufacturer of MaiShuPing Tea. In May 2010, it acquired Jian Shi Xing and its parent Ever Assure. Jian Shi Xing is a Shanghai-based company engaged in the research and development of tea and chinese medicinal herbal products. Besunyen Detox Tea and Slimming Tea are sold in boxes of 25 tea bags each, 2.5 grams of tea per bag. Detox Tea relieves constipation and promotes healthy bowel movements. Its other products include Besunyen QingYin Tea and Besunyen MingShi Tea. |
