The Company and its subsidiaries are principally engaged in the investment of listed and unlisted companies established and/or doing business in Hong Kong and the People’s Republic of China. Its wholly owned subsidiaries include Joy State Holdings Limited, Globe Capital Resources Investment Limited, Global Business Investment Enterprised Limited and Best Joy Asia Investment Limited. During the fiscal year ended June 30, 2010 (fiscal 2010), the Company acquired a 25% interest in Gan County Changxin Mining Company Limited (Changxin Mining), which is a metal mining company in the People’s Republic of China.
